BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings:

  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your minimum 50% deposit. 
  • The balance is due a minimum of 14 days prior to your arrival.

Payment:
Please pay by direct deposit to our bank account:

  • Bank: ANZ Bank (Vanuatu) Limited, PMB 9003, Lini Highway, Port Vila
  • Account #: 1557743
  • Account Name: Malampa Travel Call Centre
  • For International payments: Swift Code: ANZBVUVX, BSB: 010982 – add 1,200 Vatu bank fee to your payment.
  • Alternatively, for payments via VISA and MASTERCARD – add 5.3% bank fee to your payment.

We reserve the right to hold your credit card details for payment of late cancellation fees.

General Cancellation Fees:

  • At least 14 days notice before arrival date, full refund minus any bank charges.
  • At least 3 days notice booked arrival date, 50% refund minus any bank charges.
  • 3 or less days notice before arrival date,┬áno refund.

Cancellation Fees – Collar the Dog Event:

  • At least 14 days or more before the booked event, 50% refund minus any bank charges.
  • NO REFUND if cancellation is within 14 days of the first day of the booked event.

Insurance:
We recommend that you purchase full travel insurance with your preferred insurer for the duration of your visit. We would be happy to provide documents to your insurer if you miss tours/accommodation arrangements.
